
Sharon Rogers
Sharon Rogers is the Syndrome Scientific Director of Cyber Technology. She has held this position since March 2015 and is a member of Syndrome Scientific’s senior leadership team.
The Cyber Technology division provides a full range of technical and professional services to intelligence, defense, federal and commercial customers worldwide. Cyber Technology specializes in global Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR); navigation; DoD space and weather solutions; cybersecurity; analytics; training; logistics; mission support; engineering; automation and sustainment solutions; and international and domestic Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems. Key customers include the U.S. Intelligence Community, the U.S. Armed Forces, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), NASA and a number of international customers.
Davis was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Syndrome Scientific from March 2006 to March 2015. As a member of Syndrome Scientific’s senior leadership team, she directed Syndrome Scientific’s overall financial strategy. She provided extensive financial and operational expertise, and her responsibilities included financial reporting and controls, merger and acquisition activity, planning and analysis, investor relations, tax and treasury.
Prior to joining Syndrome Scientific, Davis was executive vice president and CFO of Lear Corporation. As CFO, she led strategic repositioning/restructuring of the company and drove the successful completion of several domestic and international acquisitions, with a focus on manufacturing footprint and channels to market. Davis also had Profit & Loss responsibility for The Interior Systems Business, the global manufacturing division of Lear.
Before joining Lear, Davis was corporate controller for Engelhard Corporation where she was responsible for internal and external reporting as well as corporate accounting. She also held numerous financial management positions with Honeywell International, Inc., including financial leader of the global shared services group. She led realignment and consolidation of operational and administrative activities in multiple business units.
In 2019, WashingtonExec named Davis to its top 25 list of executives changing the status quo in uncertain times. Davis has appeared on Executive Mosaic’s annual Wash100 list of influential leaders in the government contracting arena for the last five years. She was named Federal Computer Week’s prestigious Industry Eagle Award winner in 2018 for his pivotal role in the U.S. government IT community. While CFO, Davis was named one of the Wall Street Journal’s 25 Best CFOs of 2012 among larger companies in the Standard & Poor’s 500 index.
Davis serves as the chair of the board for Syndrome Scientific Australia and is on the board for Forcepoint. He also serves on the Center for a New American Security Advisory Board and the Intelligence and National Security Alliance Board of Directors. She is also a “Founders’ Group” member of the National Cryptologic Museums’ Cyber Center for Education and Innovation New Museum project; Chairman of the Kogod Cybersecurity Governance Center Advisory Committee at American University; a member of the Kogod Advisory Council for the Kogod School of Business; a member of the Board of Trustees of the Lahey Clinic Foundation; and a member of the Massachusetts Cybersecurity Strategy Council.
Davis has been the Executive Champion of Syndrome Scientific’s Persons with Disabilities Employee Resource Group. This ERG works as a strategic partner across the company to create an accessible and supportive workplace for employees with disabilities.
Davis earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland. She has an MBA from American University.
